      Pahulugan Terms and Conditions1. Price* is the monthly installment amount payable in 3 months.
      2. Items are appliances distributed in the Philippines.
      3. Delivery Fee Metro Manila P700.00 Luzon P1,000 Visayas P1,500 Mindanao P1,700. Additional fee for bulky items.
      4. Item will only be delivered after payment of the 2nd installment payment for first time customers and after the 1st installment payment for repeat customers. 12:24 or its agent has the option to make the delivery after the 1st installment payment.
      5. The buyer shall be the one responsible for the payment.
      6. The receiver shall act as authorized representative of the buyer to receive the item/s and shall agree to act as guarantor for the buyer before the items will be released.
      7. The items are still the property of 12:24 until fully paid.
      8. Warranty of the items ordered shall be the same with the manufacturer’s warranty.
      9. Items will be delivered within 1-10 days after the qualifying payment has been made.
      10. 12:24 has the right to repossess the item if unpaid.
      11. Interest of 15% monthly shall be charged for delayed payments.
      12. The item will be forfeited if account remains unpaid after 45 days and no refund shall be made for the amounts that has been paid.
      13. Once an order has been placed and the 1st installment has been paid, cancellation fee of 50% of the amount paid shall be charged for cancellation of orders.The item in this case has not been delivered.
      14. 12:24 does not guarantee the availability of the item being ordered. Management is given the authority to replace different model of the same or higher quality.
      15. 12:24 shall not be liable for any damages that may be incurred in the use of the appliances ordered or delay in the delivery due to fortuitous events.
      16. 12:24 reserve the right to change the prices without prior notice.
      17. The website  www.1224cargo.com shall serve as the final information with regards to prices and other information about the product.
